The Seagull Department is a twisted blend of Experimental Electronic/Noise/Psychedelic project that began in 2009 with the unprecedented "Lapic Nirp Erradictum" followed by the explosive "9000V". Exploring new dimensions of music through sound manipulation, the electrifying seagull department always makes more noise than expected.
